Emergency Electrician Costs
£49 non-refundable booking fee
£120 per hour labour
Same rate any time of day or night. All jobs have a minimum charge of one hour. Additional time is charged in 30-minute units. Parts and materials are charged separately. No hidden fees.
Payment Options
We take the £49 non-refundable booking fee over the phone or send you a secure payment link to your mobile. This fee is separate from the hourly labour rate.
For the remaining balance, our electricians carry remote card readers for debit/credit card payments on site. Instant bank transfers are also accepted.
Response Time for Electricians
Our goal is to be with you within 60–90 minutes after receiving your booking fee (subject to availability and traffic).

Christmas Day, New Year’s Day & Bank Holidays
Yes — we operate as normal on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and every bank holiday. If you have an electrical emergency on these days, you can still call us and we will arrange attendance where possible.
