Emergency Electrician Costs

Our emergency call-out is a fixed £185 for the first hour (minimum charge). This includes booking, travel and up to one hour of labour. Additional time is charged in 30-minute units.
On bank holidays and over the Christmas period the fixed first hour is £220.
There are no hidden fees – what you see is what you pay to get us on site and working.

Payment Options

We have several options on how payments can be made. We take the £100 non-refundable booking deposit over the phone or send you a secure payment link to your mobile. The deposit is deducted from the final bill.
For the remaining balance, our electricians carry remote card readers for debit/credit card payments on site. Instant bank transfers are also accepted.

Response Time for Electricians

Our goal is to be with you within 30–90 minutes after receiving your deposit (subject to availability and traffic).
